As a not-for-profit organisation, Aranui Theatre Company strives to keep its costs to a minimum. The cost is $4 per pupil, per performance. The maximum cost per family is $8. Occasionally, a flat fee may be negotiated for low-decile schools. All prices are GST inclusive. Although the ideal audience size is 150-200, Aranui Theatre Company does perform for smaller groups, however a minimum fee of $100 applies. Where possible, we encourage smaller schools to combine for a performance.
Conditions
A fourteen-day cancellation fee of the minimum charge ($100.00) exists once a booking is confirmed. Aranui Theatre Company will make every effort to perform all booked performances and has an excellent record in this regard. However, the show may be cancelled or postponed due to acts of God, illness, mechanical failure or any other reason that may beyond Aranui Theatre Copmany's control. Aranui Theatre Company is not liable for any costs incurred in the event of a cancellation that is beyond our control. In the unlikely event of this occurring, we will endeavor to re-schedule the performance. Where this is not possible we will offer a 50% discount on one performance the year following.
